West wing (1st floor)

  • With the new separation of the floor, the west wing can be accessed through the entrance in the western part of the building.
  • Total office space approximately 1,280 m².
  • The illustration includes occupancy examples with a total of 47 regular workstations as well as numerous focus rooms, phone booths, and other formal and informal meeting opportunities and encounter zones. A higher occupancy density is possible but may require an expansion of the sanitary core.
  • The area can be flexibly used as a traditional open space, as a combination office, or as a hybrid working landscape.
  • Existing tea kitchens, lounges, and informal meeting areas in the bridges and junctions can be retained and integrated into various layout configurations.

Middle / east wing (1st floor)

  • With the new separation of the floor, the east wing can be accessed through the entrance in the eastern part of the building.
  • Total office space approximately 2,130 m².
  • The illustration includes occupancy examples with a total of 75 regular workstations as well as numerous focus rooms, phone booths, and other formal and informal meeting opportunities and encounter zones. An increased occupancy density up to 85 workstations is possible.
  • The space can be flexibly utilized as a traditional open space, as a combination office, or as a hybrid work environment.
  • Existing tea kitchens, lounges, and informal meeting areas in the bridges and junctions can be retained and integrated into various layout configurations.
